1. To begin, prepare the tomato sauce by combining sauteed onion, then garlic, in a saute pan over low to medium heat. Then add in the tomato paste and water, wine, and seasonings. Simmer for the remainder of the 15 minutes. Once you see your tomato sauce is without any excess water, then you are done.

2. Ready the cheese(s). We are using ricotta, shredded mozzarella, and Parmesan; this three-cheese mixture gives the lasagna great flavor, just like the combination of tomatoes.
3. It is just an assembly job after that. A layer of lasagna noodles, a cup of precooked meat, if using, more lasagna noodles, sauce, and cheese. Repeat this process until you have about three layers and all ingredients are gone. Pop in a preheated oven to warm, melt, and cook the easy lasagna noodles.
4. Once bubbling, your easy lasagna is ready to eat. Let the easy lasagna cool off a few minutes before serving.
