Made with stuffing bread if you happen to have that around, if not any kind of submarine bread will do. Then layer slices of turkey and delicious cheese. They explain that you may not be able to make the same exact sandwich. And that’s alright but this gives you a fantastic idea! Even kids can go in the refrigerator and make this themselves. Don’t forget plenty of cranberry sauce. And what was so interesting is they suggest tater tots on top. Now that’s something we wouldn’t have thought of, but if you have kids in the house (big or small) that’s a big winner alright.
(2) Beautiful Croissant Sandwich
Alright get a package of croissants, and make a cranberry/orange sauce mayonnaise. Which is two spoons of mayonnaise and one spoon of your cranberry/orange sauce mixed together. It makes a fantastic quick spread. That is your base. Now put that on your croissant, then you can add some sliced turkey and add a slice of Granny Smith apple to it. Absolutely delicious. (3) Gluten-free Spinach Tortilla Wrap
Again use that nice cranberry sauce mayonnaise spread that you made earlier. Put that on the bottom of the wrap. Layer it with some Brie cheese if you like, and sliced turkey. Oh and if you don’t like Brie cheese, you can use another kind, it’s alright. Add some nice green veggies. You can wrap it up and you’ve got a great tortilla wrap. You can make them in advance and keep them in the fridge. Then your family can just go in and pick up them as they get hungry. Or you can warm them in the oven to melt the cheese. However, you like it.

(4) Turkey Burgers
This comes from easytocookathome.com in Australia. Now there are a lot of turkey burgers out there. This recipe is so easy to make and there isn’t a long time of prepping. You can use a lot of your leftovers that you have around, bits of onion, bits of celery, and of course turkey, some cranberries if you have them. The great thing about this recipe is that it holds together with couscous. So if you are a person that does not want or cannot eat eggs this is a fantastic recipe.
What’s if you like eggs, the recipe says you can add an egg in if you wish but it’s not necessary. You can easily make this recipe within 20 minutes. You can keep them in the fridge and then when you want to eat them just pop them in the oven or the toaster.

Finish it off with cheese and sprinkle it with parsley. Bake it with some seasoning in the oven.

It’s got that southern feel to it because you will add some crushed cornflakes and then dip it in HalfnHalf/buttermilk. Then fry it up.
